One of our customers is the University Hospital of North Norway. In 2013, we installed a CO2 transcritical heat pump to supply hot water for the whole hospital building.
With a capacity of 350 kW, this facility delivers 112 000 litres per day. The heating system features 6 x 5 cubic metres accumulation, and uses the hospital’s chiller plant as its heat source. The heat pump helps to cut energy consumption by more than 75 per cent.
