The port terminal at Prostneset is a transport hub in the centre of Tromsø, with fast ferries, the Hurtigruten service, cruise ships, and long-distance and airport buses arriving and departing. Roughly a million passengers pass through every year.
In cooperation with Bravida, we have delivered an energy centre to the terminal for heating and cooling. That includes an air-conditioning facility with a 500 kW heat pump from Trane, which allows the terminal to recover heat from the sea right outside its quays.
