This refrigeration facility is a modern type with enclosed counters and cabinets, which reduces energy consumption and helps to ensure increased food safety for the end user.
Waste heat from the facility will be used to warm the building and the street outside its entrance.
The CO2 plant which has been delivered provides an output of 122 kW for refrigeration and freezing.
